The machines are currently engaged in the production of Volkswagen engine parts EA189 Engine balance shaft & common rail and EA111 Engine cylinder block. Machinery to include (Subject to Availability)Nagel 12V8-60 + P1H1T multi stage honing machine (2005; overhauled by Nagal in 2016), Scherer WDZ250 CNC turning centre (2012). 2 x Samag MFZ 2-3 five-axis three-spindle CNC horizontal machining centres (2008 & 2009). Samputensili CNC gear hobber. 2 x Erwin Junkers Jumat 3000/50 CNC external grinders (2004 & 2008). Reishaur RZ150 gear tooth profile grinder. Saet model 3KHD shaft induction hardening system. Mae-Eitel AMS 33-3-800 shaft straightening system. Thielenhaus Centerstar 215/1 super-finishing machine. 2 off Durr Ecoclean automatic wash dry plants. Various other ancillary machines. Also available are all the associated specialist work-piece holders and tooling for the above VW projects |
