Blum-Novotest praises MACH 2008 12/05/2008

“Our most successful MACH to date”, is how Blum-Novotest company director David Mold describes the recent exhibition held in Birmingham.

“Our enquiry levels have been remarkable and this is credit to some high profile orders from household OEM names and new product developments that are providing customer benefits far beyond that of competitor products,” he added.

The latest product developments on show included the new LaserControl NT-H 3D for multi-functional mill/turn machine tools, the TC76-N touch probe for turning centres and round work applications plus the exciting new TC53-10 and TC53-20 infrared touch probes developed to give highest accuracy levels for the measurement of components and cutting tools.

All on show at MACH for the first time, the new offerings were all demonstrated on a Chiron machining centre. The new LaserControl NT-H 3D provides mechanical measurement of non-rotating tools in five approach directions plus non-contact measurement of rotating tools and stimulated much interest at the show, reports the company. This new innovation has been developed to cater for the increasing use of mill/turn centres.
